My first printer was an epsom, which when i bought it in 1998 i was very impressed. when it went to the great printshop in the sky i was looking for something cheap and cheerful to replace it as my expereince showed that all printers were expensive... not the case.

Like one of the reviewers said below, the printer occasionally prints out a page with a blank space/white line running horizontally across it. When this happens, its always with a multi-page document (usually on page 2 ONLY of the document, go figure)! Ive tried just about all the troubleshooting..
