A computer user of only average skill, I was prepared to be frustrated when my laptop needed a security upgrade. Reviews of most products, including reviews on Amazon, are rife with nightmares, complications, and dissatifaction with the general level of difficulty that accompanies AntiVirus software.
Surprise, surprise!
The product is a simple as anyone could wish to install (and Ive tried the online updates: equally simple) with concise directions and clear prompts. The defaults were appropriate for me, but there was obviously room for sophisticated users to customize the configurations.
I am happy with the product and relieved by the ease of installation. An average user can buy this item with confidence.
