This device is an aid to anyone wanting to keep track of their body fat. I got it because I need to lose some serious body fat :D What I like:
++ You can measure individual sections of your body
++ Its much more accurate that body fat scales
++ It has a "history" so you can access your previous readings
What I dont like:
++ Its a little hard to get used to holding it in the beginning, but you can get the hang of it if you practice!
Overall: Id say, if you are concerned about your body fat, make the investment.
