Same medicine dropper, spoon and thermometer. The clippers are just regular baby nail clippers without special handle for control. The nasal aspirator has a bug bulb for great suction, but the opening is too big for a toddlers nose.

I decided to get this set as well, and use the other as a back up. I love the clippers because you have so much more control with the handle. The nasal aspirator is good, if you only use it when youre out and about. The one from the hospital is much better and can last forever (my Mom had the one from when I was born for about 12 years). I like the zipper case because you can just toss it on the diaper bag and not have to worry about everything being somewhere in your bag and having to hunt for it when you need it.
There are pros and cons of this set, but if you just need it as a diaper bag set, this is a really good and useful set.
