I got a very fine settlement on my own using the advice in this book; I got $6,000.00 more than I was shooting for after reading this book and applying the simple concepts Baldyga shows you. I also have the Nolo books but I find them to be very misleading and confusing. Most insurance companies are "onto" Nolo and theyre ready for you when you hit them with the Nolo concepts. Nolo people actually go to the other legal self-help sites and plug Nolo books, much like they have done here. Thi book was far easier to understand and implement than Nolo, in my opinion.
